Maddy Dreamer, earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Northwest Missouri State University, where she also competed as a student-athlete on the university’s volleyball team for four years. Her experience as a collegiate athlete helped shape her into the disciplined, hardworking, and driven individual she is today — qualities she carries into both her personal and professional life.

Today, Maddy is grateful to give back to the clinic as the full-time phlebotomist and front desk team member. Her unique perspective as a patient allows her to connect meaningfully with others, sharing encouragement and celebrating their successes. She finds great fulfillment in witnessing the same life-changing shifts in patients that she once experienced herself.
Outside of work, Maddy enjoys spending her time coaching youth volleyball teams and going on nice long walks with her husband Brady and son. Any time she can be outside with her family is a day well spent!
Maddy is incredibly thankful to be part of the Balanced Health team and to contribute to a mission that continues to transform lives.

Registered Nurse
Meet Riley, a registered nurse in our IV room, with a deep-rooted passion for helping people feel their absolute best. Riley graduated from Nebraska Methodist College in May of 2024 and brings seven years of medical experience to her role. She grew up in Papillion and started her my healthcare career in a nursing home, where she worked for six years as a CNA and later as a Medication Aide before becoming a registered nurse. She spent time on the night shift in a hospital's cardio-thoracic progressive care unit, where she first met Sarah’s dad as a patient—an experience that ultimately introduced her to Balanced Health. “While I’m grateful for my hospital experience, I often felt like we were just putting band-aids on much deeper issues. At Balanced Health, I’ve found a true passion for functional medicine, especially when it comes to hormones and gut health.” Riley loves staying active, working out and supporting patients in their overall wellness journeys. Building strong, therapeutic relationships with patients is one of the most fulfilling parts of her job as she understands that every individual has their own unique story and needs, and she is here to help guide them toward feeling their best from the inside out!
