Our Process.

  • Schedule a New Patient Appointment

This is an hour-long appointment for you and our provider, Sarah Urbanec, to get to know one another. Sarah is a board-certified Primary Care Provider that sees all ages for primary care needs, acute illness or injury, or specific concerns such as weight-loss, cancer, or auto-immune disorders.

At this same appointment, most new patients opt to have their labs drawn. Our “new patient” labs are a very comprehensive look into each system, how the systems are connecting or disconnecting, nutrient balances and sufficiencies, auto-immunity, and genetic factors.

  • Meet Sarah Urbanec, BA, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

This is an opportunity for you and Sarah to start to get to know each other. You are able to share what you looking for, what you have experienced, and what you are concerned about without feeling rushed..

In return, Sarah will ask all of her questions to gain better insight and understanding into your mind and body, into your current rhythms, and what may be connecting and disconnecting. At this point, Sarah may make any additional testing recommendations that may be helpful such as a sleep study or a stool test.

  • Begin your journey to balanced health and wellness!

A second one hour appointment with Sarah is where you get your tailored plan of care. Sarah review your results explaining what it all means, how it connects, and provides an understanding of discrepancy or insufficiency.

Patients are encouraged to bring in any supplements they have been taking. Sarah will help determine if what you are taking is appropriate for your body. There are a lot of great products , but not all products are the best choice for each body. Each patient then receives a copy of their plan which will include follow-up , therapy, diet and exercise recommendations. After that, you are on your way! Each person’s journey is unique and should be determined by you and your body which is why we don’t do contracts or memberships.
